I transform innovative ideas into reality. With a track record of scaling innovation teams within global organisations, I have led purpose-driven, visionary projects, including developing AI-powered services for the UK Government to tackle complex challenges like flood resilience and anti-social behaviour. As a seasoned professional, I influence decision-makers across sectors, challenging the status quo. My experience includes collaborating with private companies like Google to create interactive experiences that enhance engagement and education, as well as supporting real estate developers and city governments in strategically planning the digital layers of urban experiences to maximise value for communities.

ENTREPRENEUR, BOUTIQUE SPIRIT

Having founded two design firms in London, I have also worked as a start-up founder, mentored entrepreneurs, scaled innovation teams and served as expert advisor on built environment digital innovation. My current work consulting to the UK Government explores effect simulation technologies to enhance decision-making processes for complex policy making.

MULTI-DISCIPLINARY EDUCATION

With a diverse background in design, business and digital innovation, through my MBA at the London Business School I gained direct experience to how emerging technologies are disrupting industries and the resulting evolution of the business models and impact on people's lives. I believe in a way forwards that brings a 360 perspective from ideation to production. By blending robust human-centered design approaches with a focus on viability and feasibility, I strive to maximise returns while putting forward values to ensure that digitisation is both sustainable and democratic.
